Q: I've never attended a DocuTAP User Summit. What is it?

A: DocuTAP User Summit is the one place you can go to meet with other DocuTAP users. Over the course of three days, you will be hearing from several DocuTAP and client experts. You will also select a Learning Track that best suits your skill level and product needs. 

Q: What is the difference between DocuTAP User Group and DocuTAP User Summit?

A: New learning tracks and new places to learn. On top of the Certified Super User track, we have added Basic and Beyond tracks for those just getting started or looking for new ways to improve their workflow with DocuTAP. And with three locations throughout the U.S., we’ve made it more convenient for you to join us.

Q: Will the content be the same regardless of location? 

A: You bet! We wanted to make attending the event easier than ever for you this year. We are bringing you the same great content in three different cities. However, the Sioux Falls location will be the only location that will have a learning lab and live support available to attendees. 




Q: What do I wear?

A: The dress code is all about comfort. We'll be in business casual (jeans and a nice shirt). We do suggest wearing layers as some rooms may be cooler or warmer than others. Pro tip: bring comfortable shoes.

Q: Is hotel and flight a separate cost?

A: Yes, the flight and the hotel fees are separate and are your responsibility to book. Check your location page for hotels where we are offering a DocuTAP group rate.

Q: Do you accommodate for food allergies?

A: Of course! We will note any food allergies at a later date. Watch your inbox for further details.

Q: When will I receive more details?

A: You can be expecting an email from us about a month prior to the event regarding more details for your location. We can't wait for you to join us! 




Q: How do I register?

A: Simply choose the User Summit location you'd like to attend, select your Learning Track, and click "Add to Cart." You will be taken through the checkout process. Once payment is received, your spot is reserved.

Q: What happens after I register?

A: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. A DocuTAP representative will be in contact with you shortly after. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Q: Are there limited registration spots?

A: Yes, there are limited registration spots. Don't wait. Reserve your spot today! 

Q: The User Summit I want to attend is filled. Can I be put on a waiting list?

A: Contact us to request to be added to the waiting list.

Q: Can I bring more than one person from my clinic?

A: Your clinic can bring up to two people per track. 

Q: Can I attend more than one DocuTAP User Summit per year?

A: Of course! But just so you know, the content will be the same at all three of our locations. 

Q: Do I still have to pay the full price if I can only attend one day of the DocuTAP User Summit?

A: Yes.  

Q: My plans changed, and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? 

A: Reservations must be canceled more than 30 days prior to the event to receive a refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of the event will not result in a refund.

Q: When is the last day I can register for a User Summit?

A: You can register for a User Summit until the cut-off date or until the registration spots have been filled. Please watch your inbox for information regarding these details.

Q: Why does the Sioux Falls User Summit have multiple Certified Super User Learning Track options?

A: For your convenience, we have additional Certified Super User Trainings throughout the year at our Sioux Falls headquarters. The Sioux Falls Certified Super User Trainings also have exclusive learning labs and live support available.
